I am a UX Researcher driven to glean key user insights and create delightful products. Research has always been close to my heart, and I've incorporated it into every stage of my career. Highlights of my research experience include:

• Conducting User Research since May 2018. See my accomplishments here.

• Earning my Master's Degree and B.A. in Anthropology. For my Master’s, I completed 16 in-depth ethnographic interviews.

• Researching, writing, and publishing 8 scholarly articles, including “Reconstructing Russell City, California’s Past: ‘The City May Be Gone, But the Memories Live On’” in the Archaeological Papers of the American Anthropological Association · Jul 23, 2022

As you dive into my website, you'll see I've employed interviewing, surveying, remote user testing, competitive analysis, and usability testing to identify user pain points and make actionable product development recommendations. I’ve created critical user journey maps and archetypes to help clarify user flows and types. I’ve also promoted user empathy through live-streamed user sessions, verbatim user quotes, and user journey watch parties.
